Would give this place a zero if it were an option. Please take your money elsewhere. My parents helped me buy my first car and Jonathan Martin sold us a vehicle, which needed fixing no longer than 10 mins later. He wouldn't respond to us until a negative review was written about him. At that point, his manager Matt refused to fix our vehicle until the negative review was deleted. We have since received the car back which is still broke. Thank you LaFontaine for ruining my experience buying a first car. Worst experience to wish upon a soon to be 16 year old.

Truck has been there for 6 weeks. Nobody knows how to fix it. 2021 new truck less than 100 miles on it. Been jerked around for almost 2 months.

Got me in for service in less than a week when four other dealers put me more than a month out. One dealer told me "drop it off and we'll get to it when we get to it, no idea when that will be".
Repaired a loose heatshield, leaking axle seal and changed the oil for free under my lease bonus.
Mike told me the exact problem, how long it would take, and delivered in less time. Also sent a HD video of mechanic narrating his inspection and describing issues. Pretty cool, never had that before.
Would have been slightly more convenient to be given a loaner, but I was able to work it out with my schedule.

The team in Clinton did an amazing job helping me obtain exactly what I was looking for. After trying to work with other dealerships in my area, Heather called from CDRJ of Clinton. They offered me more for my trade in sight unseen, then the others with on sight appraisals. Being more then an hour and a half away from Clinton most everything was done over the phone and internet. When I did arrive at the dealer ship the whole team had done there part to ensure smooth, fast and problem free experience. I test drove the vehicle, the paper work was drawn up already and the found me a better financing option then the one I had. There was zero pressure for any up sale. The manager asked if I would like any of the additional coverage. I said no and that was the end of it. For the hassle free experience and getting exactly the truck I was looking for I can say it was defiantly worth taking the drive to CDJR of Clinton.

I was their a few minutes before my appointment time was taken right in and was done 30 minute's later. Very happy with my service.

My salesman was the best a customer could ask for he had the vehicle I was interested in ready to drive and allowed me to test drive 4 more.vehicles until we found a vehicle for consideration, not pushy or overbearing with pressure I was even able to meet his manager who was also very helpful, bottom line go to this dealership they have people treat you as best they can and will help you to get the vehicle you want.
