Very happy with the new floors in out townhome. Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable on how to fix the problems made by the previous owners. Install went very smoothly. They made everything simple and clear as they went! Thank you Ogden's Flooring!

I would give them negative points if I could.

Eric is a liar and will tell you anything to get a sale. He lied, about capabilities of a product to get a sale instead of selling me original product I was interested in.

Lyman failed to manage the project efficiently, but Eric sold me the product so I thought he was supposed to manage the project.

They made promises they did not keep, Promised they could deliver on a project in one day they couldn't. It took Two months to complete a 70 square foot project.

They did not return calls, they did not deliver on committed time frames after hiccups occurred. My family had to go without running hot water for over a. week.

Ogdens did nothing to correct mistakes they made. They oversold me product that was not installed,, blamed a plumber for a delay, and then said over and over it was a licensing issue.. Eric's exact words to me the day he sold me the product were "Pedro will install anything if we pay him enough money."

They told me on the day of demo a structural engineer needed to come inspect the property. A 4 foot 1x8 needed to be replaced.. Their lack of knowledge and inability to do this project in a timely manner, lying to me, setting poor expectations, and such a horrendous customer service experience has left a very negative impression.

Orem ogdens had NUMEROUS opportunities to shine from a customer service standpoint, they refused to even try They never took initiative to get the project completed. We always had to take the initiative.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROJECT!!!

Hey michelle thomas? so sorry to hear your experience wasn't awesome. What can I do to make it right? You mentioned 2 people in your review. Who was was the sales rep/ project manager for you project? Your reveiw mentions needing possible structural inspection? This sounds like more than a small re-flooring project. We want to provide the best solutions and it seems we failed to do so in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience! Eric took great care of us, was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we looked at options. He even provided drinks for the kids. Overall great job, super happy with our choice.

Thank you Ogden's! After calling several places and being told it would be between three to six weeks before receiving service, Ogden's came through for me! Due to some unlucky circumstances, we were pressed for time to get a home ready. Eddie at Ogden's came out the next day to measure for the carpeting and the house was carpeted in less than a week. The service and quality from Eddie and the installers gets a well-deserved A+.
