Office Manager

If you want to pay the price for "luxury, renovated apartments" when what you receive is actually a unacceptable unit, with mold, roaches, and noisy neighbors (which the office will do nothing about) then the Willows is the place for you. Seriously, until this complex gets their stuff together I would not recommend living in this community, especially if you are a USC Upstate student- don't come here, go to another place!

The maintenance man I think his name was Johnathan was very friendly and did a great job fixing my light and I noticed he also vacuumed my floor to clean up his mess before he left ... I really appreciate it ...

I love the location of the apartments; how it is tucked away from the heavy traffic of Asheville Hwy and private, but yet still convenient to I-85.
