I give a 5 star to Jamila who fixed my temporary crown. It was a short service she gave but I wanna say she is very kind and gentle.

Jamila was awesome. She has a wonderful personality. She is just what you need when coming in for dental work. She is not only personable, she is professional and knowledgeable. Great visit!

In 2021 I and my wife went to this dentist office because she was having severe tooth pain. We went in because we wanted the teeth removed and added to her existing plate. The site spent over an hour convincing us convincing us that she should go with the more permanent solution of a bridge. This procedure was to cost in the ballpark of $4000. Fast forward a year later and the bridge breaks off it's off. We return to the site thinking they could just re-afix it and were told that they would not reattach it. The site refused to stand behind the work they had done in 2021 Saying that they did not know what kind of dental care my wife took during that year. I can tell you that my wife brushes her teeth All the time, putting my oral care to shame. They went on about titanium inserts and my wife said she wanted the plate that she had originally asked for on the 1st visit. The site told us to go to a local drugstore to get a dental glue to reattach the bridge temporarily and took an impression of her teeth. 4 hours later and after a lot of conversation we decided to not move forward with the procedure and called the dentist's office to which the following happened. The site billed us over $3000 to my wife's lending club account . They charged $180 before they would even let her sit down down. We are disputing these amounts with lending club. To the office's benefit they did magnanimously decide to refund 1900 of the total procedure total procedure. As far as I'm concerned The 180 to sit in the chair would have been enough. Find a better dentist don't go here all they care about is how deep your pockets are and trust me ours aren't that deep.

For the record I think 300 for the impression would have been enough. So the office visit 180 and the impression 300, 480, I would not be feeling as negative as I am about them because there are a couple of nice people there.

Been there twice, everyone was respectful, courteous, and Quite pleasant. I have some extensive surgery coming up. The staff has went out of there way to accommodate my scheduling. The Doctor that i have met at my appointment's is a People person, his personality is super , he takes time to explain anything i asked.
I'm a retired Fire Science person, professionalism and quality and detail come from experience and this doctor seems to have everything in order, no doubt you can't please everybody all the time no matter what. I learned that in my 40 years dealing with the public. I highly recommend Ocala Dental Care to the people of this small planet EARTH!! YA GET THE PICTURE ????????????????MR. MOORE ®

I’m so happy I found Ocala Dental Care. They were so helpful and kind through every step of my appointment. I had a lot of questions and all were answered. The dentist was gentle and patient with me. His assistant was wonderful also. I will definitely be back.
