Nurse's Assisted Living

My sister was hospitalized in Nov 2020 and I came in from Oklahoma to arrange for a care facility for her. It was then Burz's Arrowhead Home Care, and I was very pleased at the facility and the care she got. In July 2021, nurse Ann Pitha became the new owner and the facility was renamed Nurse's Assisted Living. I dealt with Ann extensively during the transfer of ownership and was and still am extremely pleased at her concern for the continuation of care for my sister. She has made several improvements and I often receive pictures of my sister - the last ones in the beautiful new backyard. I am extraordinarily pleased with the whole arrangement, and I am so grateful to have found a very nice place for my sister with caring, considerate people. Having trained medical people on-site is very comforting, especially given how far away I am. And I'll give a shout-out to Sage Hospice, also. They are absolutely awesome. Between them and Ann and her staff, my sister is truly well cared for. Finally, I really like that the facility is in a gated community for additional security. If there was more than five stars in the ratings, Ann would get them! :)

My mom stayed here for a month and received excellent care. She wasn't walking when she first went there, and with the help of the caring staff she is now walking and taking care of herself. Annie, the owner is a Registered Nurse and her great attitude is absolutely contagious. I highly recommend Nurse's Assisted Living.

We visited Nurse's assisted living and I must admit we were quite impressed. The facility provides first class life style indoors and out. Three live in staff members and located in a gated community. This one is definitely on the list.

I toured this facility as a potential future Assisted Living home for my mother. Very clean and organized with lots of room. Ann (owner) showed me around, she is very kind and is involved in the business and has a medical (nursing) education/background. The caretakers Chris/Elena are experienced and are very hands on and caring. The facility checks all the boxes, beautiful expansive backyard as well. Very well maintained. Highly recommend.

I've had a great experience here,everyone has treated amazingly,Ann Is so nice to me,and Chris is the one that takes care of me,and he is always great to me,and is always there for me,so all I can say is anyone would that comes here, would be happy to be here,I should add that I am a resident here
