Terrible customer service and zero response regarding an issue with my order. Customer service (if you want to call it that) doesn’t seem interested in helping solve or trying to resolve a shipping error made by Nuleaf. “Brady” on the live chat feature cut off our chat when questioned about the error made. I paid for a product I never received nor did I get any answers as to if or when I would get the product ordered. Nuleaf definitely has great products but customer support and communication needs 1000% improvement. Customer service and how people are treated go a long way.

My dog has allergies and have tried every vet medication and shot to no avail. I have tried a different cbd oil was 300 mg. She loved it. Did not do much for allergies. I thought I would try a higher end cbd from nuleaf. 900 mg. She hates the taste runs from it. Lol Only been a week so still testing it. The taste is awful..

NuLeaf is a "game-changer" for me. I wish I had known about this in early 2020. It may have helped to "soften" the psychological damage caused by the Government Pandemic, insane Antifa riots, and the "painful transition of our Nation." NuLeaf is also helpful when pulling up to the gas pump.

UPDATE from first post below. I bought the Nuleaf Naturals CBN 900mg capsules (from their website) to relax me before bedtime and after 4 days ( 2 pills on days 1 & 2 and 1 on 3 & 4) I had an extreme level of anxiety. I stopped taking it and called Nuleaf Naturals for a refund or exchange for 300mg oil dropper but they said not if I opened the bottle. I bought the CBN for a natural way to relax my body and mind and it did the complete opposite and I felt amped up instead. I wasted $99.00 for a bad experience with no recourse. UPDATE - Brady from Nuleaf Naturals reached out and offered me a free small bottle of 300mg oil (I opted for CBD) and I accepted. It's a shame that they only offer something to you after you post a negative review. I haven't tried ithe CBD yet because I am now taking Magnesium Citrate (500mg) which helps your body naturally produce melatonin. I take this right before bedtime and it is working great.

I have had great success with NuLeaf’s products. Personally I like the softgels as a delivery method. I use CBD, CBN at night and CBG and CBC in the morning.

I don't recommend this place at all. I called them to ask what product would be good for sleep and they suggested CBN capsules. i bought a bottle that costs $180.00. When I got it I took two pills that night for sleep. Not only did it do nothing to help me sleep but left me feeling drugged the next morning. I called the company to ask to exchange or refund me. I had only tried two pills. They refused to do either. This company has no ethics or customer service. Stay away. Also the reviews on there website are bogus. You can't even post a review on there website or respond to the ones that are there.

Have used these oils for several years to make my own products. Have found none better and highly recommend them.

This product has been a game changer !! It's worked great for my anxiety and pain !!
