TERRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Locked myself out my car, locksmith shows up struggling to unlock the door, costs $225 for a basic car with no alarms or anything. Guy had the audacity to ask for a tip 15-25%. I get on the highway and my door is HOWLING. I noticed the door is bent away from the car and the trim is scratched. Realizing the locksmith had just bent and damaged my door, I called back and spoke with a lady who assured me they would get it fixed and have a manager call back to with me about the matter. The manager never called, so I disputed the charge, if you try to call back about the issue they will hang up and not give you any resolution. Extremely slimy bad business practices, will be taking this company to small claims court.Report
