I went to Sullivan for my girlfriends car. She had a service done earlier in the day and after the service her wheel coincidentally had a pull to the left. She called the service team and they promised to fix the issue the same day, if she returned the car by 4 p.m. When I arrived before 4 p.m. the receptionist informed me all the staff had left for the day and the vehicle would be ready on Monday. The receptionist also mentioned that there would be no loner vehicle available. My girlfriend rescheduled with this dealership 3 times to get a recall issue fixed, because there were delays with the shipping of parts. Then we get the car back and have to drive around with the car pulling to the left for the weekend. Next they will say the uneven wear in the tires isn't their fault as well.
Could not be more satisfied with my experience at northwest hills. William was nothing but great. Due to covid and manufacturing delays, I waited almost 5 months before receiving my hellcat. During that time period, William kept me up date and checked in with me weekly. Overall this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to northwest hills and speak with William.
Northwest is always accommodating and does a great job. At my last service, I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the next day after business hours. Sometimes they have to schedule you a few weeks out but you can always depend on them to get the job done. They always check the recalls on my vehicle and correct them ASAP when I bring my car in for other services. They give better service than any other dealership I have been at.
If your looking at northwest they are good for doing cosmetic details, from my experience, but are SEVERELY lacking when it comes to working on and diagnosing mechanical issues.
I've been experiencing issues with my Wrangler since the first week I bought it where it lugs and stalls and WILL NOT turn back on for about 30minutes or longer. At first it would turn back on... but the more it happens the longer the intervals are. I brought it to their attention but it hasn't been addressed. And now after the warranty has ended the service department wants to charge me $110, they have mentioned this numerous times. The manager however is willing to work with me. There is a huge disconnect between management and the service department.
Right now it is being "serviced," it went in last month on the 14th. They gave me a loaner which I am grateful. Meanwhile they are trying to recreate the problem... they won't move forwards with looking at the vehicle until the issue is recreated... they've told me twice that I can pick my vehicle up... which is a SAFTEY HAZARD. It turns off suddenly, wherever I happen to be when this issue occurs. It's a joke which they don't seem to be taking seriously. I don't need to breakdown in an intersection and end up seriously injured or dead. They haven't looked at anything else, not the spark plugs, crankshaft or camshaft anything electrical that capsule cause the issue. Meanwhile I'm making 400$ payments on a car that is unsafe to drive and is in the shop. I am very angry and upset with this dealership.
Do not shop here. Fails to respond to BBB complaints, i placed one on 2/26/21 and have not heard anything back. the company did not honor a warranty for a soft top since they could not find the receipt from the past manager whom had purchased a replacement top with a credit card, meanwhile I have the paperwork that says 24 months warranty. They told me there is nothing left they can do because they can't find the invoice receipt from online purchase.
Manager Steve Boswell reached out mid April 2021 to address warranty issue and bbb complaint, requested I email receipt with 24month warranty claim on it, did so. Heard nothing back about the email, called twice in April on the 20th and 29th left messages no return call. Called multiple times throughout May, Steve never answers the phone, didn't leave any messages. Called and left a message again today, Steve got back to me and offered a good plan to work things out. I am very happy.
Went and looked at a Subaru they had in stock, the car was amazing but I had gotten a better deal that worked for me elsewhere. I am fully intending on coming back here for when I decide to get a jeep.
William the sales guy who will be who I'll choose to deal with. He is a no pressure kind of guy which is what is important.
