Northtown Subaru

My mother has bought multiple vehicles from northtown subaru. I can't recommend them. She once went in for new tires. They charges her for Michelin tires and installed "no name" tires on the car. They claimed it was an accident, but I got the impression that they saw an older lady and figured they could pass it off. For some reason we just tried to buy another car from them and it was a mess. I tried to discuss pricing via email before coming in because of scheduling, and they wouldn't give a price. They said "what price are you looking for" for a vehicle they didnt even have on the lot (would have needed to dealer trade). After 2 days I was unable to get a price, so we went to another dealer where we bought a new outback.

Very easygoing salesperson, none of the typical dealer nonsense. Would highly recommend!

Our first experience with Subaru and Christopher was outstanding, friendly, took the time to explain all about the car, I highly recommend a Subaru and ask for Christopher.

Easy to talk and personable.

I just purchased my first Subaru at North Town Subaru. My husband and I had a great car buying experience! Caleb Krantz was our sales consultant. Caleb made us feel comfortable right away. Caleb showed us safety features on the Subaru that we were unaware of prior to the test drive. Having this knowledge during the test drive made a huge difference in our experience. These features on the Subaru greatly influenced our decision to purchase. Throughout the afternoon, Caleb was informative, honest, and knowledgeable. Caleb worked very hard along with Kyle Conover, the Sales Manager, to help us achieve a fair deal... one that we felt comfortable with. My husband and I felt respected and appreciated by the team at North Town Subaru. We highly recommend Caleb and Kyle. 😊 Northern Subaru is blessed to have them on staff. Thank you Caleb and Kyle!! We love our 1st Subaru and are blessed.
