Very friendly team which is the only reason they get two stars.
I've been getting Botox for the past 8 yrs. I always get 48 units and it completely freezes my face to perfection.
Upon my first appointment with them, I was told I needed 50 units which I received. That didn't make a difference in my face at all. I returned 2 weeks later and received 14 more units and was told that I'd need 64 units going forward.
Firstly, I've never needed that many units. Secondly, the touch-up still did not work. I'm extremely disappointed!

Hey Robert, thank you for your feedback. It is frustrating to not get the result that you were looking for. We want you to love your results! It is not uncommon for men to require more Botox, because the muscles being treated tend to be stronger. Over time, you may also recruit other muscles which will require an increase in dosage for an optimal result. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and we will work with you to achieve this end. First off, I don't like leaving bad reviews. Secondly, I want to say the front office staff is wonderful. I went to see Dr Tabor because my insurance changed and I couldn't see my regular doctor. I get little white dots called milia from time to time. My regular doctors office uses a tool to get them out and I leave there with great looking skin.Well it seems this office didn't want to take the time so they burnt them off with some kind of machine. I woke up the next day with horrible bumps all over my face big red bumps. I'm an actor and I had a commercial that day. The make up artist could not cover them. I went back in and he spent one minute with me and told me it was normal to cover them with make up. What? I need to add that this is the same office that messed up Botox on me years ago so I never went back. I could go on and on but I'm not. I've never felt welcomed by this doctor.Beware!

Great experience, office personnel always nice and glad to see me again. Very little wait time. Doc. Eric always does a great job, he even remembers my hobbies. 5 stars.

I am so happy I chose to visit Dr. Tabor and his staff at Northshore Dermatology in Madisonville! He and the staff are genuinely kind and respectful throughout the entire visit and I felt welcomed into their practice. Dr. Tabor was incredibly generous with me as a patient without health insurance, and gave me all the assistance I needed to be able to benefit from his services. I never felt judged or patronized, and instead felt completely safe and supported from start to finish. They even squeezed me in the week of a major holiday as a new patient. I am very, very grateful to Dr. Tabor and his team for their care, and I hope if you are in need of the best you look no further.
