We have hosted our website with Northern Computer Services for over 10 years. They answer all our questions quickly.

We have worked with Northern Computer Services on a number of projects together. If there is a job we don't have time for we refer people to them.

I was very nervous about handing over control of my website, it's redesign and SEO to someone (as a web designer myself) knowing how critical it is to our bottom line and how many "crappy" unprofessional, uneducated, unethical web site creators there are out there. A website can make or break a business in this new digital age.

We asked Graham to create a custom website that we were very particular about. He was responsive, creative, detailed and patient with the process. Some may call us a "high maintenance client." :o) We knew what we wanted and when our choices or demands didn't make sense, Graham would take the time to explain why, always keeping our business, best interests and bottom line at heart. Once the very important layout and architecture of the site was built I was able to populate the site both with text and photos/videos via the CMS with Grahams support. As a result we hit our deadline for completion which was also critical.

Since completion we have had endless compliments on and about our site. The organic search, our google adword campaign and our sales went up.

I would not trust my site, SEO or server to anyone else in this area.
