Northampton Volkswagen

I came down for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I've been here for almost 2 hours waiting. This is my third Volkswagen and I won't be getting a fourth absolutely horrible.

Recently bought a vehicle and was thoroughly impressed with every person we dealt with, from the service team to sales to finance. Sal was informative, friendly, and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to purchase a car! We will definitely be back.

Could not have asked better service.. though I was selling a truck not purchasing a vehicle the service from my sales rep.. was amazing ?... A++++++ thanks again...Habibi....

Absolutely terrible customer service. The women answering the phone are so rude, continuously transfer you to the wrong place, hang up you, the. When you call back they don't even say hi just place you on hold and transfer you again. They also can't answer basic questions about services offered. Go to Volvo if you need a VW worked. This place is awful.

I've worked with NohoVW several times in past and all went well. But this recent series of visits was awful. I originally took my car in on 8/16 for an inspection and oil change. They ended up finding several repairs that were necessary for inspection (totally understandable--ended up being over $1500) but then they kept telling me that my car would be repaired quickly and they would call back. Never called. Never called. Week later I go and pick up with no clear explanation as to the delays. The next morning I go to get in the car and it won't start. It's not a battery thing. Submitted issues on survey and got no contact from company. After I got back from a few days out of town, got it towed back to VW and apparently it was a starter issue that had nothing to do with the repairs they did. Told us it would be $681 on the phone. Was really $861. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes just to pay and leave. I will never use this company again. It is now 9/22 and I'm just getting my vehicle back. I'm a children's counselor who works out of her car and this situation really impacted me negatively.

Had a great experience with our salesman, Sal A. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Got exactly what we wanted and weren't pushed into other options. Very happy with the overall experience and definitely recommend!

I want to start by stating this is all warranty related work, I'm not someone who bought a used car and expects the moon…….Service is incompetent and flat out wastes your time. Tail light had a leak, so we brought it in. They said they could replace the assembly, or the seal, but would start by replacing the seal to see if that worked. Of course, it leaked after they replaced seal. Then they tell us we need to come back AGAIN to look at it when it's still leaking. They already looked at it and came up with the two scenarios, which the first didn't work. Why do we need to come back again and look at a fogged tail light. So we oblige. Go let them look again. Then on the 4th visit for a fogged tail light they replace parts and tell us "ITS STILL FOGGED BUT YOU CAN TAKE A SHOP VAC AND DRY IT OUT YOURSELF". Zero customer service. 4 visits for a simple fix only to be told to shop vac the moisture out myself.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Staff was friendly from the minute I walked in. Kristin was there to greet me and Sal was my salesman. I can not say enough about him. Special thanks to Omar for getting me the best deal. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle. Life long customer!
