Horrible experience. This place scams you out of your money. You will talk to no doctors while you’re there. I wasn’t one of the severe patients. But I left way worse than I came. They will run you insane waiting for you to crash out so they can keep you longer. They make you take medication you have no clue what it is, and if you don’t you’ll stay longer. They take full effect of you in the fear of keeping you longer. I was there a few months ago I just had a dream about it so I thought I’d leave a review. The blanket is like dollar store toilet paper and the ac is at a sweet 62°. The only thing this place did for me is show me that if I’m ever feeling like that again to not reach out in fear of going back there.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the treatment my minor niece has received at your facility. She has now been held for over 72 hours without being appropriately evaluated or being placed under a Baker Act, which is not only concerning but a clear violation of protocol. This facility’s handling of the situation has been nothing short of unprofessional.

It has become evident that children with good insurance are being held for extended periods, despite being of sound mind, which raises serious ethical concerns. The lack of communication has been appalling; staff members have repeatedly hung up on our family, and during one incident, we overheard nurses using inappropriate language, calling us offensive names and making derogatory comments about our concerns. Furthermore, we were explicitly told that next time we inquire, we will be told my niece is not even there.

This behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly urge anyone to avoid sending loved ones to this facility. The treatment we have received is a clear reflection of the negligence and lack of professionalism within your establishment. Please take immediate action to address these serious issues.

I was in the outpatient IOP program.
I learned very useful ways to deal with my disorder. This program is excellent and very well run. The therapists are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Dr. Gill is a thoughtful, smart psychiatrist and she followed up with me every week as promised and was accessible when needed. The building is clean and comfortable with good parking. The time I spent in IOP was very positive and I definitely recommend it.

Is this place even staffed? Can't get through to speak to anyone. Phone rings then hangs up or the prompt says they're having phone difficulties. Staff who do answer the phone, are rude and speak as if it's a bother to call them AT WORK. As a medical professional myself, it's disheartening to see a facility ran like this not only for my family, but for other families as well. Do better.

Very poor performance from Doctors on valuation with patient this is not were any patient care should be placed for those who have loved ones open your eyes before you place one in a care or behavior facility

I had nothing but a great experience at the outpatient center at NTBH. The therapists (Dr. Erica, Miss Nichole and Miss Stephanie) are very professional and I felt as though they truly cared about my well being and wanted me to be successful. I always felt welcomed when entering the building and that it was a safe place to talk about heavy subjects. Miss Stephanie is truly a life saver! If you want to dig yourself out of a hole, she's the therapist you want by your side. That being said, you'll also have to put in the work. The therapists also introduced me to different treatments (which I have had positive results in my case) that I would have never known about without going to outpatient therapy at NTBH. The program manager, Heather, always had a friendly smile on her face and greeted me by name. She genuinely cared that my mental health needs were being met with outpatient therapy. If you are ready to tackle your issues, I would highly recommend NTBH outpatient program to help you navigate through it.
