Called in efforts to try to get our Toyota in for service recall due to faulty air bags. Keep getting transferred from person to person. Five times to be transferred is completely too many times. Staff is obviously not trained properly. Based on my experience I have no confidence in north park Toyota dealership and service center.
Dealer ship needs to train staff where transfer calls and teach staff how to answer basics questions about service and recalls.

I was referred to sales agent Joe Hernandez. He was great! Made sure I got the rare new vehicle. He was very helpful with all my questions and concerns...we both learned new stuff! Very considerate throughout the process. Hector did the paperwork. He was very clear and thorough in explaining everything. The receptionists were very prompt. This was an all-around great experience at a worrisome time and the great service continued past the sale. Thank you!

I have been calling and calling to the service department to speak to a manager because John in service never returned my phone call about getting my vehicle fixed….my a/c went out and when they took the dashboard off to replace the part for the a/c, my radio started to short circuit. It got so bad I had to buy a new battery. I don't have a radio, my rear view camera has no point since I can't view the screen, I can't even have the hands free mode cause nothing works. I have called several times and never get a call back. They're refusing to take accountability. This only started happening after they messed with the dashboard.
This is ridiculous. Don't get a car here if you are going to need servicing cause they will mess everything up.

2 hrs and a half for only tire rotation this a joke I ask the guy why take that long he say it's just people . It's the same in any Toyota!
Hell not it's no the first time I'm giving service to my car on this location but Nah definitely loss my business Thanks THOM!! From services you don't know how to work at all !!
Toyota employed Parking my car in the middle of bush … making it scratches all over my paint . I came for a oil change and I ended with a damaged car.
