North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought my Wagoneer from this dealership. Getting service appointments from them is near impossible. They never answer the phone. Never return phone calls after leaving a message. I had to use a dealership 20 miles away, North Olmsted is only a mile, for my last service. They are the only wagoner certified dealer within 20 miles and they fail terribly at fulfilling the requirements of the service. Even Wagoneer client services have a terrible time trying to get ahold of them. Of the times I’ve actually been able to get service there, only once have they provided the required rental that is apart of my purchase agreement and it was a base model truck. My service has free oil changes and I’ve been waiting for a week now to even hear back from this dealership. Whereas Sliman’s in Amherst not only picked up the phone last Friday, they actually came all the way out here on Monday to pick up my vehicle, drop off the free rental and return it today (Tuesday). The level of service is night and day between these two dealerships. I saw on another review that North Olmsted had said they are short on vehicle techs and can only service customers who purchased from them. However I purchased my vehicle from them and my experience is that is false as they can’t even do that properly.

Update: my original update was going to be much different as I was contacted and they tried to make it right. However a few weeks on and I’m having the exact same issues. They took my car in to to look at an issue but did not have the mirror replacement. They were supposed to order the mirror and get back to me about bringing my car back in for repair. I have heard nothing from them since that appointment. They have not returned my phone calls or messages to the service department since my appointment. This again is absolutely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid for my car and the service promised with that purchase. I didn’t pay that much money to be ignored.

If your interested in a car or truck….there is a person here I highly recommend ….his name is Luaay Haddad he is a tremendous person and very friendly and knowledgeable…..I really enjoyed my buying experience because they made it super easy without being overbearing….just a fantastic experience….i believe 100% that Dodge Ram is the number one rated truck :)

Has continually been helpful with questions and arrangements for service.
I rare find in today's definition of customer support.

Buying my Pacifica at NOCJDR was an easy and thorough process! Our salesman James was prepped and knowledgeable, had cars we wanted to test drive ready, and answered all questions we had! The used car manager, Dan was nice, spoke to us about our trade in and was fair on pricing it. Mike the F&I manager was also prepared, explained Warranty and finance options. It was the easiest car sale process we've gone through.

Luaay Haddad and Nick are very very very helpful and have great customer service! They both helped my mom get her new Compass 2022 yesterday 12/4/21. If you are looking to buy a Jeep at this dealership I highly recommend asking for Luaay or Nick!

They installed the wrong side view mirror. And they told me too bad. And that they could not provide a credit or anything. I specifically showed ?the lady what mirror needed replaced. And she made me feel like it was my error. What a waste of time and 500$

I had my jeep serviced today and can't recommend this place enough. Every person I interacted with went the extra mile and the care I received for my jeep was the best I've ever had. They got to the bottom of longstanding issues and even fixed my broken door handle without me mentioning it. I could have cried when I saw it was fixed. The staff really care and take the time to go above and beyond. Exceptional customer service & friendly, wonderful people. Thank you North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep!
