All the guys there were kind and respectful my issue is more of the "policy" that they can't give out the 4 digit code to the vehicle that YOU OWN so that you can get another spare key fob activated. I find it pretty comical that even when you have proof with all the paperwork in hand they can't punch in the Vin on their computer and give you the code of YOUR vehicle. Wild world we live in. Only way I was able to do it.. is if I went through them for it..seems like a money grab and not a good look on them.

Unpleasant and disappointing recent visit with the service department. I have always taken my Jeep for service her: brakes, oil changes, tire rotations, even a recent radiator replacement ($$$). I have been a very loyal customer. On 10/31/2024, I scheduled my Jeep for service because the heater wasn’t working. I saw on YouTube that you could simply touch two tubes in the engine to determine if it was the heater core or the blend door actuator. Since the tubes were hot I figured it was the blend door actuator. But I was still going to take it to the dealer to do the work. Like usual I suggest what I think what it is when I drop it off and like usual the employee is dismissive as if there is no way the customer could know what they are talking about. They say they will run a diagnostic to check and let me know. Of course it’s the blend door actuator and when they call me I’m happy it’s the cheaper of the two options. They tell me the price and i dont think twice because they’ve treated me very well in the past and OEM parts aren’t cheap. We asked for the bill to be explained and learned we were charged $165 for the diagnostic. This is the same price they charge for an hour of labor when the invoice said they simply hooked the jeep up the computer for the diagnostic! There is no way this required an hour of a mechanics labor. Looking at when the dealer called me to tell me the problem and called me that the Jeep was ready it was approximately one hour between the calls—-presumably the time it up to replace the blend door actuator. We told the rep that we never been charged a diagnostic test before. He disregarded us and said it was necessary because we didn’t know what was wrong when we brought the Jeep. Four months ago I didn’t know the radiator needed replaced when I took it in and there is no mention of a diagnostic on that invoice (I save them all). We have given thousands to this dealership the last few months. I feel like he was being dishonest and just tacking things on to make a bigger bill for us to pay. If it physically took a mechanic an hour of manual to run the diagnostic I would agree they get $165. But the invoice clearly shows $330 for labor (2 hours, but not itemized). This isn’t how you treat a loyal customer. I even bought my Jeep at this location. I will be reconsidering future services with this department on my Jeep and whether it not to buy my next vehicle there. I never thought that a diagnostic test would truly be an hour cost of labor. The mechanic was probably working on several vehicles while the computer was running the diagnostic. As an attorney I could face a bar complaint if I did that…Feeling very disheartened by the situation.

Took my Jeep in for service and my service advisor Mike Molenda was top notch. Very personable and thorough. Took extra steps when I had additional requests. Was very responsive on obtaining a loaner car when I was concerned about getting to work timely and prompt to call when service was complete. You should be pleased that he is part of your team. Much appreciated.
