Great staff and love the continental breakfast. Great service and very friendly. Overall a great stay and will recommend.

I was overcharged for my room. I have never had this happen before. I am an Elite reward member. I have my two confirmations for the two rooms I booked. I was not able to get a receipt when I left the hotel, their printer wasn't working. I was given the amounts and I questioned it then. I was charged $110 for one room and my confirmation says $92. The manager was supposed to call me to correct the problem but I did not get a callback. This is totally unacceptable and I am going to contact IHG to complain and I am considering calling my credit card company as well to dispute the charge. Someone had changed my room before I checked in and put one room on a different floor, something went wrong obviously either then or when it was corrected but the end result was that I was overcharged and I am not happy.

The Room and lobby were very clean. After a personal mishap, the front desk was kind and offered me help to get everything worked out. It was a wonderful stay.

Disgusting hotel !!!! Do not stay here ! They don't clean their rooms, beds are gross, curtains have stains. Room is very stuffy. This place is a dump and so run down. I would never stay here again

Excellent location right near the shops . Only problem was the key to the room hardly ever worked . Overall great place to stay

when we left I had a bill printed out for me and once we arrived at home, I noticed that I had some charges. I had booked it with the award nights. so I called the hotel and explained and they said they would call back. for 2 days I heard nothing so called again. and same thing..... they said they would call back. all I want to know is why did I get charged the miles plus 40$ a night. it might be the way it is, but I dont know. I really would like someone to get back to me.
on top of this the room was never cleaned and we stayed there 2 nights.

No hairdryer in toom , not enough towels in bathroom. Tiles in bathroom destroyed snd dirty.

Great place to stay and relax! The staff is friendly and very helpful! The breakfast is good and filling. Come and enjoy!
