The positivity that the staff brings hides all the negativity that happens behind closed doors. Five stars to the counselors that bring all the good in the kids. Not even half a star to the directors and executives who walk all over them.Report

Has some of the nastiest people working there especially the lady the works at the front desk at night time.Report
She stops me as I am coming in as usual to tell me with a straight face that I owe them two moths of membership fees and if if I do not pay they will terminate my membership in few days. This came to me as news as I am coming in regularly and scanning my ID and nobody said anything about the payment not received before today. They have my credit card information on file and change my card regularly in the beginning of each month. She did not provide any good answer as for why the did not collect the fee as my credit is valid with plenty of funds and is being used by me on daily bases every where. She also said falsely that they called me. And, I absolutely have no records of that. Again and again kept telling me to pay or lose my membership.
This is the way they are treating a member of the organization for more than 20 years who is in good standing and used to bring my entire family here.
It is disgusting to say the least.

Best place to get a workout and meet new people. Better than a normal gym. Everyone there is nice and friendly. You have lots of ways to get in shape there. Lots of people to motivate you. Amazing coaches/instructor's. Signing up here is probably the best thing i did in my life.Report
