This is my fav place ever! I truly feel at home when I come here and this is so important when choosing your dr since you will be spending so much time there in an out of appointments.

And MY BREAST AUGMENTATION RESULTS ARE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I am seriously so obsessed. Dr. Alderman is so talented and she just GETS IT. She understood exactly what I wanted and made my dream come true :')

Their team is simply Amazing. They're all so emotionally intelligent and empathetic. All around good vibes here.

Dr Amy is an amazing Dr and person. I just love her. My surgery turned out wonderful and they are beautiful!
Also, want to recognize her staff. Great ladies, made each visit very comfortable. I travel from SC to see her and will always go the distance to see her for any other needs. Thank you Dr Amy ???

Dr Alderman and her staff have been nothing short of amazing since the moment I walked through those doors. They've been understanding, informative and professional throughout the entire experience. Surgery can be very nerve-wrecking and they walked me through the process and how to take care of my body pre-and post-opp. I highly recommend Dr Amy and Dr Joiner and their all-star female staff!!

Dr. Alderman performed a breast reduction and extended abdomnioplasty for me after significant weight loss and I could not be happier. A breast reduction is something I should have had many years ago as I had been disproportionately large my entire life and I am now in my mid 60's. I think my case was quite an undertaking. Doctors Alderman and Joiner and their entire staff are professional, but so caring, and explained exactly how the procedures would be done and answered all my questions during the entire processes. Dr. Alderman's nurse, Keri was wonderful and so attentive in all my follow up appointments with healing and scar treatment. I especially liked NAPS for the following reasons: 1) Tera outlines your total cost up front so there are no surprises. This total cost includes everything, including anesthesia and any follow up appointments, 2) Dr. Joiner is in the surgery room the entire time you are anestitized, 3) everything is done right at the NAPS location, including surgery, 4) Dr. Alderman called me the evening of surgery to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend the NAPS practice.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Alderman and her team! Everything was so organized and perfect from the first appointment to post op care! I live about 3 hours away from her office and did tons of research but when I met her I instantly knew she was the one! She is caring, gentle and honest! Everyone in the office is fantastic but a few of my favorites are Dr. Joiner, Tara and Kerri! I'm so happy with my results and if you are looking for an amazing plastic surgeon stop looking you have found her!!

11/10 recommend. The doctors & staff are wonderful, makes sure your completely comfortable & understanding of your procedures!

The experience from beginning to end was great. I came in with a bad case of Capsular Contraction on breast implants. Dr. Alderman walked me through my options - she had a careful thoughtful approach that was tailored to me. I didn't feel like I was on an assembly line as I have with some other doctors. She gave me specific instructions after surgery that, again, were tailored to me and followed up to make sure I was following them. The whole team was very supportive and responsive through the whole process. I am over the moon with my results! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alderman and her team!
