At Jim Coleman in Ellicott City, MD, I worked with Kevin Torres, Joseph, and Aziz. Kevin was the primary sales person. He did an excellent job of showing me cars, talking with me and answering all of my questions. Most of all, he devoted his time and he really cared about finding me a car which worked for me. By the way, I bought a 2025 Nissan Kicks.

My car was totaled and I visited Jim Coleman as I bought my previous car from them. I was window shopping so I visited several car dealerships as I was unsure of what type of vehicle I wanted, but I was sure of specifics that I wanted and price range. Spoke to David-Manager who assigned me to Victor (very soft spoken, but best car salesman ever). I came back 3 or 4 times later meeting Kaliel- Manager, who joined in on the search. Between these 3 they provided top notch customer service always greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcome. I finally settled on a 2024 Nissan Rouge that only had 1948 miles, whereas I was previously looking at older models with much larger mileage. Needless to say I'm so happy with my selection and the superb customer service received by this team.
