If you are not American (white) don’t come to this dealer u will waste ur time the manger was such a racist felt like we were getting treated differently based on our skin color we were serious buyers and wanted to see if we could get approved .our sales person wanted to try and help us and as soon as we tried to go look at cars he was called in their the racist manager probably didn’t want to do business with us because of our skin color they kept begging us to know the downpayment like they asked us more then 3 times in under 5 minutes it not the sales guy fault but the manager their was such a big racist u could tell by the way we were getting treated don’t go here go somewhere else if u aren’t American (aka white) they will look at u differently like u cant afford a car🤦🏻‍♂️

Today I went to Norris Honda to service my car and my experience was great. Staffs were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. As my car service needed more than three hours to complete and I wasn't able to wait, they arranged transportation for me to go home. They completed the service in the promised time and picked me up from my house and dropped me back at service station. The person who drove me home and back was very nice and friendly. My overall experience was great.

definitely wouldn't recommend this place and that's my fault for not reading the reviews. went in yesterday and looked at a 2020 honda civic sport i genuinely loved the car and really wanted it. i was told by Phil to come back whenever to look at the car or if i had any questions, i went back at 8 pm they close at 9 pm i just wanted to see the car that's it would've took 20 minutes tops if that. i was told by phil that they "were tired and about to close" and he made a bigggg deal about grabbing a car and pulling it around.. so you don't wanna sell a car? you guys lost a sale for how rude you guys are and you really need to check your employees because i would've never treated a customer like that, that was clearly trying to buy a car i had every intention of getting that car. but thank you that's my sign that something was wrong with that car and i didn't need it so thank you for my sign i will never come back to this dealership whatsoever. (prior to all this i wanted to connect my phone to the bluetooth to hear the music and i kept being told i could do that when i "bought the car" wtf ... i want to see it before i buy it... anyways point is check your employees you still had a hour before closing and that's your job i wish i could close my establishment a hour early and tell customers we didn't feel like taking them must be really nice you can do that.

The whole experience was great. I was going through a reference to this dealership first time and they took care of my needs and numbers which is exactly what I wanted.

We just recently purchased a ridgeline from this dealership. Dan Gallagher was great from start to finish and made the process very easy. The manager, Todd, actually went and picked up the car we wanted from another dealership to make the deal happen same day. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a Honda vehicle.
