Normandin has always been very professional with me and up front

I've taken my jeep to several places, all jeep dealers, and none have done a good job.bad service runs thru jeep dealers. My latest one is the one on the capital. last time I took my car, it was scheduled, and when I arrived, they told me my service advisor was out sick so they couldn't help me. So you they don't have others? After talking to the manager, they assigned me one. After fixing, no one called me. I had to call 4:30. Then, I had to rush to pick up my vehicle. This time, my sunroof broke and the same deal no one calls for up dates. I call, and yes, no answer. My vehicle has been in the shop for a week and 2 days. I called yesterday and today, and there is no answer or return call. I paid extra for plantum insurance, and what I got was a terrible deal. I will sell my jeep and buy a Toyota. Please do yourself a favor and save time and money and don't buy a jeep,dodge or Chrysler.

Brought my vehicle in for three items they didn’t even address one of them, after I’ve repeatedly asked them. One item they refuse to try to fix the vehicle and ask that I take it back to the dealership I originally purchased it from or another dealer. My TRX is under full warranty, but they refused to try to work on the vehicle because I put in an ignition kill switch, which is non-electronic but rather hardwired.
