Really impressed with service compared to other companies I called. I heard from the driver personally before the lapsed 40 min standard estimate; he was there and had my car loaded in less than an hour from initial call. Cringed a little at the price but cheaper tow companies even coordinated through my insurance company cancelled on me without notice and left me stranded for hours. Definitely calling this place first if I need to again. Another perk-they didn't ask for a non-refundable deposit like another company tried to do, too.
Our truck broke down in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get my truck restarted. Thankfully Nonstops' emergency towing guy came fast. I was so thankful to get help in the middle of the night and it was smooth sailing from there.
Driver showed up on time. My car needed a jump and I was concerned about making it home and the driver was kind enough to follow me home to make sure I made it. Thank you!
Please don't use this towing company unless you want to wait for hours. Their final charge is much higher than their estimates. For a 3 mile tow, they charged $350! The driver would not lower my car unless I pay the much higher amount. Be careful, use them at your own risk.
The one star goes to their timing. When I called I stated that I needed a tow to the Mission. When the guy got there I told him exactly where I was going in the Mission. He told me "no I'm towing you to our yard where we'll fix your car" I said I just spoke with someone and said I need my car towed to the Mission. I said call him. He told me to call so I did. I called 4 times and no one picked up this time. The tow truck driver literally unhooked my car and drove off after waiting for him. Plus I would obviously have called someone else if they told me they were only towing to their yard. A complete scam.
