After losing a necklace pendant that was very sentimental to me almost 10 years ago, I went to Noe's with a matching earring to the necklace pendant I lost to see if they may be able to recreate it. I could not have asked for a better experience or a more pleasant group of people to work with. Kirah and Rocci explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. They assisted with getting the size of the pendant just right (since it was bigger than the earring) and took all my feedback to make adjustments to the CAD design before the pendant was actually made. The result is a nearly identical pendant to the one I lost. I couldn't be any happier with the result! Thank you all so very much!!!
