Alyssa is great and the finance man who helped us (I hate that I forgot his name) was awesome too. Everyone we encountered here was honest! We got a great deal on our car, and couldn’t be happier with our experience!

After the purchase of my Nissan Titan, I returned to have the scheduled services done. I would like to say that Kenneth Morgan is great to work with! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be returning to see Kenneth Morgan and his team for all of my vehicles needs. Thanks Kenneth!

After dealing with them for years because they were local. Time after time getting services and repairs on all my family's cars. They were only able to offer your recommended services based off mileage. Meanwhile, I already had that service completed. So you wanted to charge me again for an already completed task. All because they didn't look in the computer. Only after I told them it was done, they looked and seen it. When you come in with actual issue, you are turned down. Excuses like the vehicle isn't showing a code. 1st it was with my wife's transmission. I spent multiple trips to the dealer, having mechanics ride along with me. Recording noises. Just to be told it was normal. After a new service appointment, we drove to Orlando Florida, just to be brought back on a tow truck. The transmission went. Wow, wonder who said that before the trip ? Me. Then just a simple noise on my vehicle. Sounded like a shock. Again, multiple trips to be told I was wrong. Again multiple rides with mechanics. Their head service advisor like always said it was normal. Finally it was just a simple strut replacement. Why did it take so many trips ? Then my son's transmission went. 1st they said it wasn't that as I had it towed in. Again multiple trips and weeks later, the warranty wouldnt cover it. I had to contact the manufacturer for a refund after paying for a used transmission. They can't even get our phone numbers correct as they hound us to trade in a car before we sit down. The final straw was my daughter in law's car. She purchased a pre-owned 6 months ago and now it sounded like it was about to cease the engine. The tick was bad. Again, Nissan couldn't hear any problems and it wasn't showing codes. After my son sat there all day on the 2nd trip over, they kept pushing him to just trade it in for a different car at a higher price and they couldn't fix it. I showed up and informed them that all my business would be moved to a other location if this wasn't fixed. Only to get that they don't like threats. How is 10 years of dealing with lack of service when we have problem solving ? Well 2 days later, another dealership found that the problem we found would eventually lead to the motor needing replaced. Guess who would have to pay for that ? So now all our business will be headed elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! We were told three different times that the car we wanted would be at the dealership and each time we drove the hour round trip to the dealership, the car was not there! There was one excuse after another! ZERO COMMUNICATION! No phone calls, text, emails, voicemails……nothing telling us the car had not arrived. The customer service lady we were referred to had a major attitude and was full of excuses. She never answers her phone and her voicemail is always full. I am sure it is full of people leaving one complaint after another. We were told to call Fred Davis, the General manager, as you will see they direct everyone to do in all these other one star reviews, and Fred Davis NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and his voicemail is always full!! It is just a complete BS response that they give every time. I doubt a Fred Davis even exists at this shady, lazy run, unprofessional absolute joke of a dealership! People working here are literally just drawing a paycheck and couldn’t care less about customer service, showing any type of class or professionalism!! All our business will now go to Nissan of Greenville and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a Nissan to go to the Greenville dealership or anywhere but here!! Nissan should be flat out embarrassed and ashamed that their cars are sold here!!!!!!! I would not allow this staff to even run a low budget used car dealership!!! ZERO STARS!!!

I don’t care for dealerships in general. I do like this one, sales and service side. I like what they have to offer at a time when vehicles seem a bit high on price. I have a lifetime power train warranty on my truck through Escude. For most that doesn’t mean much. I hold on to my vehicles for a decade or so. Big win for me people like me.
