This dealership is horrible after Fred Anderson has left!!! I went in to get my vehicle appraised after it gave me some issues after owning for a year. Solomon was working with me and completely low balled my trade (because I told him I wanted a Jeep) knowing I grew up in the car business and was knowledgeable about how things work! I was insulted by such a low offer especially since I bought my vehicle from them! He called me a few weeks later and I ignored his call. I ended up trading in my 2023 Nissan for a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee which I got a fantastic deal on from Big O Dodge in Greenville. Then today, 9/30 (a few days after Hurricane Helene hit), I get another call from Solomon saying call him. You really want me to call you after we just went thru a f'n Hurricane and are in crisis mode?! I am extremely pissed at the nerve of this dealership! Have you no empathy for what people might be dealing with right now?! Extremely unprofessional! I hope the really nice, tall, Service guy I talk with leaves you for a better, more professional dealership! I would give this dealership ZERO STARS if I could!
