My husband and I came here to buy a car and a super pushy sales manager kept trying to get me into a fancier car than I asked to see. I told him I wanted to stay in my budget, but he rudely pointed out that we had arrived in a Tesla so we should have plenty of money. It's none of his damn business. Plus we have money because we live within our budget. He begrudgingly passed me off to someone else that started the paperwork for a small car, but the down payment and the monthly came back nearly double what they had advertised. They tried to sneak in all kinds of extra things and when I try to leave They scolded me for 'wasting their time doing all the paperwork' and acted like I owed it to them to sign even though the 2 salesmen significantly increased the down payment and monthly.

I went to Carson Nissan with the hopes of trading my car and ended up walking out with my car and a 2025 Nissan KickS. Huge thanks to Jocelyn for going above and beyond to make this happen. She's new to the company however you could not tell. Very professional, reliable and has excellent customer service. She made sure to call me as soon as she received any updates. I rarely had to reach out to her. Came in on her off day to secure everything for me the next day due to the banks being closed. Another person that stands out is Ricardo in finance. He made the purchasing process smooth. He can do the job with his eyes closed. If anyone knows the process, it can be very long and tiring. Everyone employed at this location was absolutely amazing so it didn't seem as long. Made sure I was well informed at all times and comfortable. The popcorn is better than the movies. The service debarment sucks. Bad attitudes, long wait time even with an appointment and very disrespectful employee by the name of Albert. This is not a good look for Nissan.
