Nick Tracey Roofing

Nick, Mike, and their whole team did an excellent job on our roof. I met with 4 companies and ultimately chose Nick because he was responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and offered high quality materials. The job was started and finished exactly when planned, which is basically unheard of right now. Additionally, Nick and Mike are both superb and prompt communicators. In addition to a full replacement of the roof they did skylights, mesh on the ridge line for pests, fascia replacement, and removed all my gutters. The project was extremely well organized (all materials, dumpster, etc arriving the day before they started) and the large team was conscientious, efficient, and hardworking, despite really cold temps and short/dark days. It was refreshing to work with Nick and I highly recommend his company.

We had our roof done on August 17th. Nick and his team showed up on time (actually a bit early) and from the moment they showed up to the minute they left, nothing but professionalism. At the end of the day, my yard looked like they had never come. Nick has a foreman onsite to answer any questions the homeowner may have during the installation, and to assist in anything the roofers may need during the project. Mike was the foreman assigned to my job and I have nothing but the highest remarks to say about him. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the roofing industry whenever I had a question.

I can't thank Nick and his team enough, the final product looks great! Quality and professionalism were top notch as i personally watched some of the more intricate items being done. I could see them taking their time to make sure it was done correctly and not just thrown together because "they won't know".

If you are in the market for a new roof I would not hesitate to call Nick and hire him for your next roof installation.

I contacted Nick on a Sunday to see about getting a quote to have our roof replaced. I wasn't expecting a call back until the beginning of the work week however Nick called me back within 10 minutes and was there the following day to quote the job. We had three other quotes as well and Nick was by far the most reasonable based on price and quality of materials used. We were originally scheduled to have the work done on Aug 2nd but there was a delay in getting the shingles from the supplier, Nick promptly called me to explain the situation and we agreed to push off the installation until the following week.

The shingles arrived, Nick also had a dumpster delivered as well as a portable toilet for his crew. Everyone showed up exactly on time on installation day and got right to work, the crew was very cautious and respectful while working and they had the job done well ahead of my expectations.

The overall quality of work was very high and I truly appreciated Nick's responsiveness and attentiveness throughout the process. This is a high quality professional team and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I HIGHLY recommend Nick Tracey Roofing! From the day Nick came out to take a look at our roof until the roof was completed the entire experience was great! (We met with around 6 local roofing companies before hiring Nick Tracey Roofing). He was honest, reliable and communication was outstanding. The install days went really well, his crew was respectful and extremely hard workers. The clean up was impeccable. Nick came by the following day to fix a couple punch items and made sure we were 100% happy with the job. Professional and Quality company. You will not be disappointed!

Nick came out within a 24hr notice of calling for a quote. He was quick and efficient and delivered the quote 12 hours later. We scheduled the roof installation for 3 weeks out based on our schedule. Before we hit the installation date we had a huge wind and rain storm that removed shingles and resulted in a leak. We made a quick call and Nick himself arrived with a ladder and tarped up the leak within an hour. They then pulled in the installation and had the full job completed 3 days later. Amazing service! Fantastic installers and very friendly!

My wife and I sought estimates for a roof replacement at our home. Nick not only provided a superior explanation of the products he uses during the in-home estimate process, he was tenacious in ensuring all of our questions were answered leading up to our decision. The combination proved his professionalism and we decided to employ his services. He and his team arrived the day as promised and completed the roof in a single day. It looks great! In June, 2021 Nick Tracey and his team did a top notch job replacing my home's 20-year old shingled roof and removing two sky lights. In our preliminary conversations, Nick provided clear and pertinent information about my options and the roof-installation process. Additionally, he kindly agreed to replace some deteriorating clapboards and fascia. Nick has a friendly and warm demeanor and he is very knowledgeable about his work. His estimate was competitive and fair. He capably managed a hard-working team that completed the process in one day. I am very pleased with the solid and attractive roof that he and his team installed and am happy to recommend him.

From the moment we met Nick, we were impressed. He is very professional, knew roofing, and met his promises. His quote was the best of the 3 we obtained, and his responsiveness was the best of the companies we contacted. We decided to go with the Owens-Corning asphalt shingle roofing system. His crew showed up on time, were respectful, completed on time (one-day), and cleaned up afterwards. We had noticed some debris on our new roof afterwards, and mentioned it to Nick.. He made a special trip after the job was done to check it out... End up the high wind dislodged a piece of tape from the old roof .. not a problem, only cosmetic, but Nick came by and made sure we were satisfied. A+. I absolutely, without reservation, can recommend Nick and his roofing team. Very happy with the quality, professionalism and customer service.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Nick was easy to reach, and very professional. They arrived exactly on schedule, and completed the project on time. They cleaned everything up as if nothing happened! A few days later, I contacted Nick because I was not happy with the rain deflector I asked for. He came back and exchanged it at no additional cost! His reply when he refused payment for this additional, unexpected service? "I just want my customers to be happy"...Well, I sure am. Thank you ?
