About what I expected. In some strange way, the atmosphere feels like a mix of cheap and upscale. Considering the price when compared to other offerings, at least when I was searching, it's a nice deal for a cozy little studio apartment. Most tenants seem pretty chill, and the staff are all very helpful.

The staff has been very helpful and the apartments are very clean and quiet.

Catt and Eric are amazing managers and make living here the best! My neighbors are great, friendly, and always here for eachother. Newly remodeled and continuing to grow! The monthly get togethers are great community events to get to know more neighbors and burn off a little steam with a good time!

My favorite part is when they raised my rent by $215 over 2 years. Thats $107 per year.
And the west wing door lock & door handle is STILL broken, they have known for 45 days. New managment is a considerable downgrade from former Nexus Real Estate.
Very poor parking situation.
My bicycle was stolen off the bike rack.

Horrible bug infested apartment. I had a cabinet fall on my head without as much as an apology from managemt. Then they proceeded to install it back with screws not up to code. So glad I only had a 6 month lease.

Beautiful Apt to live, staff is awesome with great personalities, very kind easy to talk to and understanding, Don (The Porter) is super cool and full of positive energy and that's hard to find in an apartment complex he gets the job done and treats everyone equally you will love it here ??

NextLoft is such a nice environment to live in! The location is perfect; close to anything you may need. The staff are always friendly and more than willing to help out with anything that you might be having a problem with. Don, the groundskeeper, is hands down one of the most selfless people I've met. He goes out of his way everyday to make sure that I have everything I need and the gym is always in perfect condition as well as the hallways & stairways!

The entire staff at Next Loft are all awesome!! Eric and Cat will take care of getting you settled into your new place and not only will answer any questions you have, but they're very quick to respond. Don takes care of maintenance there and is very friendly as well. The apartments are amazing!! Mine was so cozy and I received many compliments on it from family and friends. The other tenants there are also very nice . I really enjoyed living at Next Loft! I actually already talked to Eric and Cat that if I ever needed to move again that I hope I could return there and they assured me that I would most definitely be welcomed back. I would recommend Next Loft to anyone!! Eric, Cat and Don provide exceptional service and truly makes you feel you are at home.
