Can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge that Josh brought with him to my "crisis"! He responded very quickly when I found myself without a functioning hard drive. Not having my computer to drive my plotter and printer meant that I was dead in the water and could not meet my customers needs. Time was of the essence and Josh actually stayed into the evening to ensure that I had things running smoothly in the morning. Excellent, Excellent company - would not hesitate to use again.

Next-Level IT has been an extremely helpful contact for my business for almost 2 years now. Josh is incredibly fast to respond to IT related problems and walks me through proposed solutions more efficiently than any other IT company i've worked with in Connecticut. Really happy to have found this business and highly recommend!

The hard drive on our laptop failed. The first person we had look at it (an IT professional) said the hard drive had failed and all the data was lost. we brought it to Josh and he was able save all of our data and install a new hard drive. He was fast, professional and most importantly recovered our data!
