This place quoted my daughter $13000 to fix a transmission problem in a 2015 Chrysler 200.Report
You can buy a remanufactured transmission for $2800 and it’s about a 6 hour job to drop it in and flash the TCM.
They think because she is a woman and hard of hearing she is stupid. Steer clear of their service department.
We had a great experience with Owen and Bailey where we walked away with the perfect car at a great price and never felt any pressure or moments of uncertainty. Highly recommend shopping for your vehicle here!Report

I’ve been set on getting a Jeep for almost 2 years, and after hitting financial goals, it was finally ready to start searching.Report
I went to a couple different dealerships and although the cars seemed perfect, the experience wasn’t the best… That is until I met Owen at Bob Lanphere’s Newberg Jeep Ram.
It was a little bit of a commute, but I called 45 minutes before they closed to see if I could schedule a test drive and from the very beginning Owen was absolutely AMAZING!!!
I have a car buying problem and have been through the negotiation process more times than I’d like to admit, but Crystal and Owen made this experience the best I’ve ever had. Instead of sitting for hours with the back-and-forth and ‘blah-blah-blah’… I told them what my budget was, and like magic, they made it work.
I now have my dream car ‘Jeep Rubicon’ and I couldn’t be happier.
10/10 recommend Bob Lanphere’s Newberg Jeep Ram… & ask for Owen. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
My experience was OK. I did not test drive the car I purchased, it was never offered to me to test drive any vehicle. I had to ask the salesman how to put it in reverse before I drove it off the lot. I had to go on the internet to figure out how to use a lot of the features.Report
Old School Scammer DealershipReport
1. They told me I had to pay a $1500 hidden fee for an additional service they already performed. (Some kind of spray coating that probably cost them less than $100)
2. Tried to sell me a +$5k maintenance package on a Tesla. LMFAO! An electric vehicle with no maintenance needed.
3. Sales person Bailey was responsive until after the sale, when she stopped responding to texts.
End of the day, they removed the $1500 fee they tried to force me to pay, but I had to have a contentious argument about it, and I got a fair deal. But it wasn’t for their lack of trying to scam me. 2 stars. Don’t trust them.
Bailey was amazing in all aspects of the purchase. I’ve purchased many cars in my 60 years and she by far the best sales representative everReport
