I do not recommend this place to anyone, both the service and the sales departments. The service at this dealer is horrible and frustratingly disappointing. I had a whole insurance case against them. Long story short: I had brought my vehicle in on for an inspection and maintenance. They claimed that my wheel was punctured and demanded that I pay up $330.00 for repair. The light then reappeared in my car as I drove out and they told me to come back four days later to review it. Drove my vehicle in that day and they returned it all damaged. Funny how the Multipoint Inspection form did not indicate any damage when they went around my vehicle at the beginning.

They then denied ever damaging my car and even lied about not having cameras. Funny how my Dashcam captured 5-7 cameras all over the facility when I first drove in. Also, I recently found out that the repair shop by my house charged consumers about $26 to patch up wheel damages. This means that the Toyota dealer purposely took out my wheel so they could charge me for a whole new one, and probably sold my wheel to a repair shop.

Update: The manager Shay Mehta called me about my Google review saying that they will look into the footage and repair my car. No follow ups despite my multiple emails. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!

Like all service places, stop trying to upswell on unneeded products. No one needs a AC service cleaning service, just stop.
