There have been personnel changes within Billing over the past year. Attempts to speak with a rep from billing is next to impossible! Recently, errors have been seen on patient invoices which require a discussion with Billing. Despite my voicing these concerns, these same issues continue to be presented to the patients. Dr. McInerney should resolve this problem ASAP.
