I spent all day Monday trying to get my 2018 Ram 2500 (79000 miles) towed under warranty, didn't receive a call back. Tuesday my vehicle finally got towed in and diagnosed as needing a full transmission replacement. Here we are Friday and I still can't get a call returned, have no rental or loaner vehicle. Spent a whole business week trying to get information and no calls returned since Tuesday.
