I am retracting my last review of Nello Electrical. I thought since I just used them not more than 3 weeks ago. I found a reliable go to company for my electrical needs. I was very wrong!!!!! 10/14, I made a call to Nello with a problem having to do with some of the lights in my home. I was told someone would be out, to my house that day between 3-4 no problem. No one showed or called. I can understand that things do happen. But for a new business, this does not look good. I took my business elsewhere. Before using Nello I would think long and hard. It's ashame because Corey the tech that did come for the first job really did a good job.

NELLO ELECTRICAL does things the right way! It started with the first phone call, Nick set an appointment with me right away. I had already made several calls to other electrical vendors but NELLO ELECTRICAL was by far the most responsive. I understand companies get busy, but as a business man myself, good service is everything. They followed this up by arriving on time for our appointment, providing solid insight and alternatives on my panel upgrade. Clearly experts in their field, Nick presented an incredibly fair quote, won the job and showed up fully prepared when they said they would. They gave a quick walk through, discussed their plan and executed with ease. Brand new panel upgraded and relocated. Original installation was unsafe and non-standard which Nick spotted right away. House shutdown for a few hours and back up exactly as they planned. Zero downtime for the family and left us with a clean and future proof setup. I immediately setup our next appointment because Nick and his team are true professionals. I will be referring them every chance I get. I say this often and it never gets old... There is no substitute to doing good business.

Our installer, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and polite. He wore a mask upon request with no issue and cleaned up after his work was completed.

Nick arrived promptly, even though we called on a Sunday evening. A consummate professional, he addressed our problem expertly and efficiently.
