My service tech was Nyjell. I was up front with him that my new purchase was a used 2017 BRZ that I had limited knowledge of its past maintenace. I had access to the BRZ service schedule and l asked that he schedule maintenence needed to bring it up to service standard. In addition Nyjell recommended that we include a 100 point mechanical check. I agreed as this ensured every component of the car was inspected. The check found major problems with brakes, clutch, alignment, tire, and cabin air filter. The parts were ordered and the work was completed. I have my BRZ in back in my possession and it has been a pure joy to drive. Thank you to Niel Huffman.Report

First - I wanted to go to Bachman subaru for obvious reasons of them being a more reliable source - which is proven true to their wait time for a service appointment out till February.Report
I am 20 years old and figured bringing my subaru to a subaru dealership would be my best bet, however, I took this chance going down dixie hwy to Huffman Subaru. I know to never go down dixie hwy???????.
My associate, Pablo, was a nice guy, however, I was begging the answers and questions out of him. I told him I was 20 and wanted a full disclosure on what would be happening to my car for the diagnostic test - still begging a conversation out of him. He took my information and kept it real chill.
After the diagnostic test I was sent a link for recommended repairs. Zero of which would solve the problem for which I came in for.
I quote - Pablo told me to fix the throttle and we WOULD GO FROM THERE - Absolutely not. That’s not acceptable. I don’t have thousands of dollars to throw at my 2019 crosstrek to SEE if we can fix the problem.
I want to physically talk to the technician and understand what’s wrong with my car. I do not want a middle man (Pablo the front desk man) relaying information to me when he did not test drive my car.
I’ll be returning to Oxmoor where I got my subaru. Great staff over there, so helpful, great communication. I know they won’t let me leave without my car working.
Please do not bother in writing back a passive aggressive reply to my review. All you wanted to do was take my money, take advantage of an 20 year old women, and throw parts at the car to see if it would work.
Paid $202 after tax for an awful diagnosis of my car issue.
First time buyer of the brand-Subaru. Satisfied well above going in expectations. John M. was incredible!! Very personable, patient with questions and just in general with the buying process.
