Our experience at Nate Wade was AMAZING! We had the best sales woman, Kyra, and she was very informative and helpful. My husband and I were honestly nervous to go car shopping because we had heard other stories of salespeople being so intense and pushy. Our experience was the exact opposite! We had so much fun and really learned a lot about the car options that Subaru offers. We absolutely LOVE our 2019 Subaru Outback. Thank you SO much, Kyra, for being so kind and helpful!Report

SCAM ARTISTS!. They tried to tell me that I had to pay $150 for something that was supposed to be covered by Subaru for a common issue that resulted in an extended warranty.(faulty head unit and inconstant sound) After they told me 2 times that they weren’t able to find the issue to honor the warranty they told me they would hold onto the car for a while and keep trying. I felt like I was being scammed so I got ahold of corporate and opened a case with this situation. A little while later I got a call back confirming that they never found the issue but decided to go against policy and fix the problem for me. When I got back to pick up my car I had noticed that my car had hit max boost. I am experiencing a fuel issue and I have been avoiding spooling my turbo for the past few days. Hitting max PSI right now could harm my engine. To make sure I was right about my assumption I looked at the in and out mileage on the paperwork Subaru had given me. My car had gained 2 miles. Somebody felt the need to take my car for a joyride and floor it resulting in maxed out PSI. If you care about your car don’t come here you will get scammed and your car will be abused. Not to mention a large scratch on my steering wheel.Report
I want to preface this review by saying I have had a Subaru for the past ~10 years (Impreza, then Outback). I have been going to Nate Wade for my service exclusively this whole time and have come to know/expect the Nate Wade service experience. However, I have gone to Nate Wade twice since The Ken Garff buy- and I have noticed small but consistent changes in the quality of the customer experience.Report
1.) The old Nate Wade staff I have come to know- a lot are no longer there.
2.) Simple things like replacing the "replacement date" sticker after an oil change.
3.) You can buy 3 oil changes/tire rotation/car wash for $150, I believe, and so far every time I've gone the Car Wash is "broken."
Diminishes the value of the combination purchase.
4.) I would get a sheet of paper that would tell me where my brakes are at in terms of wear, tire pressure, etc. etc... Now, the customer service rep comes over and scribbles it on my paper.
These are all small things, but over time they add up- and it will definitely be a consideration of mine when deciding whether to purchase from Subaru again.
We purchased a used car for my son at this dealership and had a great experience. The sales team, service department, and everyone else was very friendly and professional. I drove here from South Ogden and will be a returning customer in the future.Report
Nathaniel was a considerate and helpful salesman, and Marcus helped us with financing. I didn’t feel pressured at any point. It was a bit hard getting hold of the finance department over phone, but Marcus responded quickly to his work email when I tried that. Grateful we could find a fair deal on a used car here!Report
