Dr Cash is THE BEST plastic surgeon. He did my daughter's breast reduction and she is so excited with her results. He did an amazing job. I honestly didn't no what to expect, but let me tell u He made me a BELIEVER. From our 1st day he was very realistic about the outcome and answered all our questions. Both him and his staff were awesome thru this whole process, even after her surgery when I had a question. I received 2 phone calls which meant alot. When u have a welcoming staff and a excellent doctor it's a win ALL AROUND for us.

Dr. Cash did an amazing job on my implant exchange and full lift on my breasts ! I was very confident in his work because I have worked with him in surgery. He truly cares about his patients and always does what is best for them. I have had no issues and he actually called me day after surgery to check on me. His staff is always very friendly and always got back to me immediately to answer questions or concerns! I am very pleased that I chose Dr Cash to make me beautiful ??

Nashville Plastic Surgery far exceeded my expectations. My husband was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma in 2019. He had treatments and a stem cell transplant and was in remission. Last February I was diagnosed with breast cancer that required a bilateral mastectomy. My surgeon recommended Dr. Cash for the reconstruction. Unfortunately, my surgery was in March at the onset of COVID. Dr. Cash and his staff were amazing during the process through the months that followed. My husband passed away in August from COVID and I had to postpone my reconstruction until September. I was 53 and devastated as I had lost my husband of 32 years and now felt very self conscious about how I would look after breast surgery. Dr. Cash did an amazing job and was so caring. I now feel I have have started a new life. Thank you, Dr. Cash and staff!

From my initial consultation to my recovery - Dr. Michael Cash and his staff have been professional, caring, knowledgable, and accommodating. Dr. Cash's bedside manor was pleasant and comforting. I couldn't be happier with the end result after my mastectomy.

After losing close to 70 pounds I decided to have a “mommy makeover” as my reward. I am SO EXCITED with my results! Dr. Cash is a master at his work! He and his staff are professional and caring! The time he took with me to make sure everything was good made me confident I had chosen the right surgeon! I highly recommend Dr. Cash!

I recommend Dr. Michael Cash for anyone in Nashville considering a breast reduction! I’m currently 11 days post-op and no complications at all and loving my results! Everyone at the office is so welcoming and sweet, as well. :)

A breast reduction is the best thing to happen to me!!!They were awesome!!! I am very pleased with the outcome, I have noticed all great things after the surgery!!! The pain I had in my back before I had the surgery is completely gone!! Dr.Cash and his whole staff is lovely!!! They always made me feel welcomed and it was always a positive visit!
