I recommend going somewhere else. My final total for repairs was $400+ more than the amount I was quoted. When I brought it to the advisor’s and manager’s attention they both stated it was due to tax, even though sales tax was already on my quote. Additionally, the advisor stated to me that if I got my car serviced there, the $195 diagnostic fee would go towards my repairs. Which is completely different from waiving the fee, which had a huge impact on my bottom line because my repairs were $5,000+. Long story short, never again.
