Great service, a very reliable company and i received my product in less than a week from ordering. I was very impressed with the product and it definitely matched the description advertised on their site. I'm a new mum, wanting the most efficient, high quality products with reasonable prices and Nanny Annie definitely ticks all those boxes. I highly recommend!

I bought a wooden highchair and arrived with open join on its legs. Only reason why I am not giving 5 stars. Anyway, is a cheep wood which allowed to keep the price affordable. Is.a fabulous highchair that will grow with my son and he loves it too.

We ordered the super giant interactive playpen (2.3m x 2.3m) from Nanny Annie for our son, and it arrived a week later (3 parcels delivered across 2 days).
We love how easy it is to assemble and disassemble, making it convenient to pack and take to his grandparent's place. We also love the adjustable length/width dimensions to cater to any space.
The interactive panel is great (would love to see the dial phone updated to a smart phone in future design models). Our son loves playing peek-a-boo through the holes on the panels and has learnt to pull himself to standing position.
Overall, great value for money!

I contacted them about a hole in my portacot carry bag and they replied asking for photos, which was fine and I sent, but no response back. Numerous follow up emails sent with the last one even saying "Does anyone even check these emails!?" - no response.
They even send you an automated confirmation email stating they received your email.
Obviously just for show.
I noticed a few of the review responses from the owner, or whoever, stating that they'll improve their customer service. It's really sad that they still haven't been able to find/afford staff to train in that very advanced field of responding to emails.
I guess the business isn't doing so well...
After reading a few of these reviews I can now see why.

Also, they send you an email after your purchase asking for a review and in return they send you a gift (or some kind of incentive, can't remember) so heads up that most of the good reviews are forced. I also read below from someone else that they delete their negative reviews on their website.

They give "support local" a bad name.

Of course you'll deny receiving the emails I sent however lying about sending ME a follow up? I'm not even annoyed, that's impressive!

I made the right choice! I ordered the playpen on the 20th of dec and wasnt expecting it to arrive until after new year but it came on the 24th of dec. Shipping is so fast and they answer your queries straight away. Love the product. Easy to clean and love that it comes with toys and activities. Would highly recommend to all parents.

Very good company. Australia post took my parcel to the wrong address, and then the person stole my order. They happily replaced my item straight away and sent it asap. Arrived JUST in time for Xmas. Appreciate it so much!!! Thank you guys
