I've been here twice and somehow it gets worse as I kept going. like they have no knowledge of this shop or anything in it. sell you the wrong product. it's a joke gas stations are better than this place and it's customer service

We have a very knowledgeable staff that have been with us between 2 to 7 years currently, we certainly strive to get things correct but with 1000s of products on the vape market, sometimes mistakes do happen! Walked in a newbie with a drag rig. Had a few questions about leaking. He gave me a great run down of the causes. Wich was great cause I was about to chunk it out the window and buy a pack of smokes. He recommended some new coils and some great oils. Now I'm vaping like a champ. Thx

Cleetus and Ashley were the most amazing people I've been helped by in any form of retail and customer service. The prices are less than the quality you pay for. You get what you pay for and then some. They're knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you may have. This will be my go-to spot from here on out. Come see them for all your vape needs. Pulled up 7:57 already locking the doors(closes at 8) which is ridiculous and I rushed to get there. That's fine. I'll spend it at the next.

Wyatt, I do apologize if there was some confusion that happened! We saw you pull up and we were open and ready to help you that night, we do closing duties a few minutes beforehand but our doors stay open until 8pm Mon- Sat! A 1 star review does seem a little harsh as we could have had difference in our watches or clocks but we will always keep our doors open during hours posted.

I had went to this vape shop for a couple years to buy vape devices and I've always had a great experience with the staff. Recently I purchased 2 brand new vape devices and 1 came broken. The staff there didn't even bother to listen to the issue and quickly stated that it was my fault and there was nothing wrong. I had went back a second time hoping for them to help me fix the vape device and once again they dismissed the issue and said it was a "bad pod" when they were the one that sold it to me. Poor customer service.

Thanh, I do apologize for the issues you had with that vape. I do believe there may have been a miscommunication. We were trying to explain that the pod was bad and not the whole device.
