This place is a joke!! They never get back to you on anything except to raise your HOA!! Rude staff!!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. So unorganized, rude and only care about getting your money.
Find another realtor.

What a terrible HOA company. No communication. How are they in business? Be careful, they won't contact you, just one day let you know you have a bill in collections. What a joke of an organization. Very unprofessional.

If you're an HOA, avoid them as a management company. Your homeowners will not be happy with them. Terrible service.

If you're looking to rent, sell, or buy a home, I'm absolutely certain you will find better service elsewhere.

This company is a sham and the owner is a complete clown. Thinks he can block a private road in a community because they are the HOA. Where does all of the money that these people pay go to? They were thrown out of my community and many others. Beware if they manage your community. He'll do all he can to get his minions elected to the boards so they can pillage the funds and use contractors that are cronies of his.

If I could provide less than a single star, I feel that is still too much. Maybe they are simply at the mercy of the HOA that they bilk money from for doing absolutely nothing, offering no real guidance, and do not understand the laws protecting home owners from the actions of an HOA that has become power hungry...I have made numerous requests based in law regarding Bi-Laws and financial statements for my HOA...all items that should be available to members of a community per SC State Law, and they have yet to provide anything, nor are they aware of the requirement to do so...If you are going to be in a business, you should at least try to be good at it, and not simply the cheapest around...but again, that's probably why Osprey Cove V decided to enlist this band of "yes men" to "manage" the HOA...what a joke.
