Malcom Robinson, co-owner at MyTicketIn.com, gave us an inside look at his operation. When asked about the nature of the online ticketing business, he replied, "I think a lot of Houston concert tickets; buyers have been getting overlooked by the industry that is far, far more interested in capitalizing on a booming Gen Y market than in providing awareness about the events. There hasn't been enough effort to get people excited about seeing shows and games as there has been in selling them Madonna or Houston Astros tickets. We're hoping to change that and give the industry some much-needed balance and perspective on the events and musical artists and teams themselves."
