I went in for oil change on my 2014 Dodge Caravan RT, on June 1st, 2021. Victor, never tightened anything after oil and filter change. I leaked oil down Security Blvd an onto my driveway. Van was on the verge of seizing and had to be towed in. Oil splattered throughout my van. Very upset and unhappy. Van had to be decreased under the hood. It dripped for nearly 2 weeks. My van has less than 15,000 miles. Yesterday I put in windshield washer fluid. I discovered that he broke the hose that dispenses windshield washer fluid....Report
