It’s bittersweet to write a negative review for the Ourisman Dundalk Service Department; when my husband had such a positive experience with Sales when purchasing my new car before Thanksgiving. It only made sense to take his car there for service too. However, Heather in the Service Department is completely numb to issues and has no empathy for resolving them. Heather wasnt consistent with keeping my husband informed of his car’s status and then didnt write notes for any other Service Tech for continuity of operations when she had an emergency. Finally, after being completely feed up with no follow-through from the Service Department, I took an uber to pick up our car but the car didnt start. It was a surprise to both of us because we just paid $1900 that morning to pick it up. We then had to spend another $354 for a battery replacement. And not a few days go passed, when my husband had to call Service to explain that he had more issues with the car. Heather in short, could care less. Her customer service lacks professionalism, follow-through and good ole fashioned courtesy. Suffice it to say, we wont be taking my husband’s car back or my new car to Ourisman Dundalk for service.

Corrupt, incompetent or inept?
Mr. Alan Rickard provided an estimate for one tire that seems a bit overpriced, as in over a hundred dollars the expected price. Although Mr. Rickard is a mature man, perhaps it is his first time at that dealership and has zero experience assessing the cost of tires. The tire Mr. Rickard was going to sell is sold for about 240 dlls, but he sells it for 368. Really? For one tire? Is it not odd?
The moment I said I had a flat tire, I assumed Mr Rickard assumed i, the client, would have no other option but to buy the tire regardless of the price. In conclusion, I think you were corrupt by trying to sell a product over a 100 dollars above of its expected value, or maybe you're just incompetent at what you're doing. I simply visited another dealership and bought the tire I was looking for for the right price, about 240 dollars.

Communication of the events take should done, they just gave me the paperwork and don't recall a greeting or a thank at all

Fabulous experience at ourisman jeep, dyani was very responsive and helpful as we looked for the right car and price point. She was patient, listened to our needs and actually discussed relevant options for us. Hawi was amazing as well and overall, had a good experience. Would highly recommend

I drove 2 hours to this dealership and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be coming to this dealership for my next vehicle. The service was very professional and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Wardell Mitchell. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle very well and seemed very knowledgeable. 5/5 stars
