Muscle and Joint Physical Therapy

Muscle and Joint physical therapy is by far the best physical therapy I've ever experienced. In the past 18 months I've been made "whole again" by the staff after having two major joints replaced. I will be having another knee replaced in a few months and I plan on using Muscle and Joint both before and after my surgery. My surgeon even commented on my recovery after my surgeries and said I should definitely keep following my therapist's orders. The staff is always professional and thorough while also being kind and friendly. Alex always gets the most out of me in our sessions but never pushes too far. If you need PT, Muscle and Joint should be at the top of your list of choices.

Loved getting my PT needs here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and they want to help you resolve any issue you are having while educating you. My insurance was not in network so I self paid and am glad I decided to get my treatment here still. My pain has resolved with Carson's and the other PTs help and I feel so much better.

Strive for Five!

Run, do not walk, to Muscle & Joint Physical Therapy. Perhaps you currently can't run seeing as you need physical therapy, but once you've completed PT with them, you'll certainly be able to! I have been seeing Dr. Matt for several years for various ailments including post-operative care for shoulder surgery, back pain from disc disease and hip pain likely due to a labral tear. I have tried many modalities there and all have provided me relief, but a huge game changer has been dry needling. If your provider recommends dry needling, I highly recommend you try it. The entire team is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time elsewhere!

Alex is phenomenal. I had horrible, unbearable neck pain and she skillfully identified the exact area and muscle in my neck that was bothering me and gave me the best care I could have asked for. My neck now feels significantly better. She did all of this while being incredibly friendly and treating me with great service.

I highly recommend Matt and his team! I found them online, and contacted them because I was looking for a facility that offers manual physical therapy, as they do. I was immediately impressed that Carolina the office manager responded within the hour, and I quickly scheduled my first appointment with DPT Matt. (They were quite flexible in accommodating me for a mid-afternoon appointment.) From that first appointment on, I've been happy with all of the work I did with Matt and his team. They helped me meet my goals (work on my neck and knee) and now I'm back to taking daily walks, which I enjoy. If I have a PT issue in the future, I will immediately make an appointment with them. Matt is a great physical therapist who helped me quickly recover from some very bad shoulder and neck pain that was bothering me for a long time. Got over it in a few weeks. Matt uses modern therapy methods in a well kept, updated, and clean office. This is where comebacks happen with your physical health for sure!

I have been working with Matt on managing some chronic pain/issues for about a year and a half now, and he is the only person I trust to dry needle me. He takes the time to listen to your issues each visit, is willing to spend extra time to explain the biomechanics / show you pictures/print outs of his diagnosis, and has great beside manner. His methods are very informed, and I would bet cutting edge for the industry, and he's focused on finding what works for your body. Matt has done a great job opening and expanding his practice, and I'm thankful to have him as a healthcare provider!
