Only giving one star because I have to pick something. The whole buying process was a nightmare. Very u organized from the start. Took months to even get my tags and registration. Temp tags expired and I ended up getting pulled over because of it. Then a few weeks after having the car it started having issues. Scheduled to drop it off and have it looked at was told there would be a loaner car for me when I got there just to find out I wasted my time going there because there was no loa er car. Couldn’t leave my car as I had to bring my daughter to school. Then made another appointment to bring my car back to be looked at. Was told it had a blown head gasket and I would have to pay 2,800 dollars to have it fixed (after only having the car for about 2 months) took my car to a different mechanic for diagnostic test. Was told there is no blown head gasket that it is an oil consumption issue. Dealership refuses to fix even though this is a known issue in the car I purchased. Now having issues with my back up camera going in and out and also suspension issues. Really debating on contacting a lawyer since I’m sure they knew all these issues weee going on with the car when they sold it. I would not ever refer anyone to this dealership in my life and wish I would have went back to Toyota to get a new car.

Terrible business practice. They have a 2017 Jeep SRT listed on their website for $43,595 and are advertising it with only 43k miles but the Autocheck linked to the Jeep on their site shows last odometer reading as 73k miles... I called the dealer and had someone double check what is going on and sure enough, they have the wrong mileage listed! Even crazier is that after they found that out, they still have not updated the listing a week later to show the correct mileage AND the Sales Manager was not willing to work on the price at all and is still asking $43k a higher mileage vehicle.

I had the worst experience ever with the service department. After scheduling my 2020 ram 1500 for an oil change. I had to wait for over 2 hours to complete. My ram has air ride and back up cameras. First the air ride was not working. They said they didn’t reset the system, waited another 1/2 hour then the backup camera was not working. They had to reset the system again. I complained to the general manager about the situation. He did his best to fix the problem, offered to pay for my next oil change. I declined and I will never use them for anything.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this dealership.

We called ahead and asked if a vehicle was available before driving 2 hours to see it. Once we arrived at the dealership we were informed that the vehicle was being 'loaned' out to a customer and had been for several days...

Since we had already made the 2 hour drive, we were willing to look around the lot. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was ~14k. We ended up purchasing a ~26k vehicle.

Fast-forward 2 months and we finally received the registration so we took the vehicle to be inspected. The vehicle failed inspection due to the front brakes and rotors being under the state minimum.

When I called the dealership to inquire about how a ~26k car could be sold with under the state minimum safety standards the Manager's response was 'I don't know, we can't sell anything under the state minimum.' The vehicle is already being repaired and their only solution was 'Bring it here or we can't help'.

Please, Please explain to me why I would drive 2 hours out of my way to have a service center that failed at their duties 'look at the car' or 'repair it'?

If you do decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, save your money down cause you'll need it at your first inspection!

$26,000 Vehicle with an Immediate $1,400 Brake/Rotor Job

I have attached photos of what this dealership sells on their lot.
Management did not want to talk, instead just kept telling me to bring them the car. We actively working with an Attorney at this point.

I’m beyond disappointed. I drove 50 mins just to get to them. I test driven the vehicle and it was great. I sat down with Jewels, who surprised me with the actual price for the vehicle. On the website, it’s $29,000. In their store, it’s $36,000 and with the fees and protection it’s $40,000!!! Of course I said I can’t do their terms. Before I even went there, I told them that I’m brining capital one financing with me they said we are capital one PARTNERS. Now when Jewels presented the breakdown for everything, it was different terms and different plans. So I politely stated to him that I’ll have to check another car, then decide because this is absolutely not my budget. I was approved for $500 down, $675 monthly for 72 months based on their fake price online. Since the price changed, I don’t even know how did they come up with these prices but then he asked me to propose an offer so I said I can do $1000 down, $700 monthly but he was like I will try but if we can’t do it what’s your best blah blah. So I decided to leave and while I was leaving but jewels kept saying give me a sec give me a sec, because I’m a polite and I guess extremely nice which is my fault, I waited in the car. He then came out and he said YOU WON! We will do your terms you just need to come back in so we can finalize it another man came out and said it’s yours and you can take the truck back and so on. I said ok but I’m in a rush because I had to leave because my husband had to go to his work. Here is my mistake, Mr. Jewels was filling out an application and I asked him what is this he said it’s just to get your information as it’s our application. He filled it and asked me to verify the info and sign, so like an idiot I did without reading it. I then realized what it is which is an authorization to pull a hard inquiry from another lender. I thought it was a soft one. Again, my complete mistake. Then I told him I will be back to continue this. I left and then he called me and told me that “capital one picked me” which I felt it was bizarre because that’s exactly what I told them and what I showed them that I’m approved through capital one. I said ok, he said can I text you my email so you can send me the proof of insurance. I said sure, I’ll send it over. Mind you, they only verbally said that they will go by my offer and nothing in writing yet. He sent me the email, I asked him to send me the breakdown, then the rest is yours to review. THREE hard pulls on my report and as you can see they DONT care whatsoever. So, intentional wrong prices to bring you to their store, then use your information to screw with your credit report and finally their amazing answer. Unfortunately, I reported the reports but since I signed a paper that I didn’t read because again it’s my mistake, only them can remove it from my file which I don’t think they will because the responses are enough. Beyond terrible and disappointing experience. I literally had my money and everything ready for them today but it is what it is. Please don’t do my mistake and don’t even bother the visit because they will scam you. If they are honest, they would have at least apologized for what they did and should have removed the three hard pulls they did to me but because they are not honest they won’t and they didn’t even send the breakdown of any terms because they want me to go there again and then try to play with words and terms. Shame on you.
