Mrs Pool Company is GREAT! I love how they are always here every week maintaining and cleaning my pool in such a professional way. I have no negative comments about the company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great pool service.

The owner of this company is beyond rude and is not nearly as knowledgeable as she claims to be. I made the horrific mistake of hiring her to build my pool & jacuzzi after she somehow convinced me of her qualifications in her broken English. I paid extra for colored plaster which turned out horribly discolored and looks like someone brushed it with a wire brush. She sold me a rotating colored pool light which was either damaged before or during installation and never worked properly but she insisted that it was due to my main electrical panel. I requested a blue stone coping but realized much later that what she installed was a cheaper material that is porous and constantly disintegrates when exposed to water. I can't even begin to explain what a headache dealing with this company has been! After several of my complaints she coaxed me into signing a document that protects her from a possible lawsuit by disguising it as a means for us to settle any possible disputes. Boy am I kicking myself for being so naive! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
