We've used them for years on multiple toilets, garbage disposal and other stuff and never had a problem until this last time. I wont go into details but I was not happy with the outcome of what happened, I paid for the service just to have it done and resolved myself to finding another plumber. Then I got an email from the owner a couple weeks later simply asking "is everything ok?", I was kinda shocked that she even took the time to write so I replied saying I was not happy and would love to chat about it. Emily called me the next day and we talked and resolved everything that went wrong. I am completely satisficed now with them and feel they handled themselves very ethically and professionally, As a Dentist I know sometimes things don't go as planned and I am glad that this company has real people that get that too and work with you. The last things she said was "the jobs not done til its done right". I now believe them that they truly do live according to that philosophy. Use them they are good!
