I am very grateful for this team going above and beyond to stand by their work! Andy Lanzone Came by my place several times until they found the problem and fixed it. I am so grateful they stuck with the job until it was done and done right! I would highly recommend them to replace or repair your roof!

Communication absolutely terrible! Difficult to get anyone to call back from main office, roof crew did not speak English, project manager basically ignored our calls and concerns. Crew parked trailer in our neighbor's driveway, unbeknownst to us, resulting in understandably angry neighbor. Crew blared music the entire time also upsetting neighbors and us. Horrible experience altogether, definitely will not use again- DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Only reason I am giving two stars is initial salesman as great, so sorry to say the rest of the experience was awful.

Our Consultant Jason came over and carefully inspected the roof and walked us through the different material options,color choices and warranties available. He helped us obtain financing and schedule installation. Very cordial and professional.

Even though it was a pretty large roof Miguel and crew did a great job of getting our new roof and skylight installed in one day. They cleaned up all the debris and nails before leaving, can't ask for more than that!

We are happy with our new leak free roof, highly recommend Mr Roof!

We were lucky to work with Corey N. Who stayed on top of our insurance claim, personally calling the adjuster and advocating for us when they initially only approved a partial repair but eventually approved full replacement.

Deals better with women,

They loved to answer the phone when my wife called but rarely when I did. They definitely should stick to roofing. Horrible experience. Excuse after excuse. Not even close to the deadlines. Installed a window half way and left it to leak into my house for weeks. Tore up my yard and said they would lay new grass seed but never did. (No surprise there). Overall horrible experience. Should’ve just done the work myself, it probably would’ve turned out better.

After 3 years of trying to work with local contractors and being told that our roof was way to steep, we contacted Mr. Roof and had an appointment for a quote setup immediately. Corey Nutgrass came down and took pictures and showed use the 3D Visualization of our home and explained what we needed to have done. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process and was fantastic! The crew that installed our new roof was great! They made sure my shrubs and A/C unit was protected and was very diligent in cleaning up afterwards! The general manager stopped by to inspect the work and explained our warranty and to see if we had any questions or issues. I could not have asked for a better experience from the Mr. Roof staff!

Been having my roof and gutter done since July.... this is October.
Check all of the work they do. Every single thing they did had to be re done. Was told everything that touched roof would be accessed and I found several rotted decking boards that were covered with roof tile. Lots of decking had to be replaced, gutters spouts we're put in wrong places, this whole experience was terrible. They didn't clean up nails or their mess. We picked up 40+nails before they came back. They didn't want to replaced rotted wood for some reason tho I was told they would. I had a roofing and gutter nails pulled out of my tires and I park on street. I had to learn their terms for wood and placements to communicate the issues. After 3 months and multiple fixes, finally completed. This is a life time roof. All I needed was the stuff holding the roof to hold up to the life time guarantee.
