Id give a 0 if i could. We got garage doors in march with nothing but trouble. Bad company bad communication, and our doors still aren't fixed. They dont come when they say they will, won't call us back, come when we arent home and at work. This has happened about 8 times. And we were going to hire them for our roof but scared to now. Totally upset.

Roof leaks after they came out a second time. And they didn't even want to come out the second time because my 60day warranty was expired. 60days? Are you freaking kidding me. I didn't even have a leak over my front porch until they supposedly fixed an issue with some rotting wood over my front porch. Mind you they only were originally hired to fix the missing vent shingles. But the estimate suggested I get over my front porch fixed too. So trusting that they knew best, I said ok. Now when it rains hard, I have multiple leaks onto my porch that I didn't have before. They supposedly "fixed it" but alas, still leaking. And the way they acted like they shouldn't be responsible for the problem in the first place due to the "60 days" being up, I didn't bother arguing with them about it a Third time. They seemed friendly enough, hence my original review that they pressured me to give. But it's all just salesman tactics and not about the work or quality. Lesson learned the hard way I suppose.

When our roof began to leak, we called several roofing companies trying to get help. Most replied that it would be several weeks before they could even come to look at our roof and give us an estimate. Mr. Roof was able to send someone the next day to assess what needed to be done and arrange for the job to be carried out in a timely manner. Ryan was even able to make a very effective temporary fix that day which kept us dry until the permanent roof work could be performed.

Kevin was our project manager and really went the extra mile to make sure the unique problems associated with the roof, chimneys, vents and attic of our older home were resolved. The Mr. Roof crew members that worked on our job were polite and very efficient. They placed tarps around the house to catch debris before removing our old roof, and when the job was finished, they worked very conscientiously to make sure that the debris from the job was picked up. We are pleased with the finished job, both in function and appearance. We feel confident in the work completed by Mr. Roof and with the guarantee that backs it.
