Great, professional job. Quick in and out and working the time slot they provided.

5 stars plus. The technician was able to diagnose our problem within 30 minutes. Our problem was challenging because the parts needed for the repair were not available through Dacor . mr appliance was able to locate and obtain the freezer part in just a few days.to fix that portion of our built in Dacor refrigerator ! This company was the only repair facility that could locate and install the repair parts. Very impressed and highly professional and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair.

We have written our 5-star review on Yelp, but will again say that we are very, very happy with our experience with this company.
Brock came out to the house on time, clean, and professionally. He clearly communicated the problem with our old Whirlpool refrigerator, and gave us knowledge answers to all our questions. He had to order the part, but did a timely repair. Brock also gave us advice on our other appliances to keep them running efficiently (and undoubtably not as ready for repairs!)
This is all to say that we definitely WILL call him whenever the need does arise..

Excellent service. The technician was skilled and knew the product. He was able to thoroughly identify the problem and fix very quickly for us. Just in time for the Thanksgiving turkey
